The owner, Dr. Abraham Liu, was born and raised in Shandong, north part of China, where dumplings and baos are well-known accross the whole country. Dr. Liu came to US in 2013 to study in Colorado School Mines and graduated in 2017 with a PhD in Petroleum Engineering. Dr. Liu loves cooking and cann't get rid of the thought of owning his restaurant throughout his.
